Michigan CPL classes by town
Every class runs at Creative Bloc Studios in Dimondale, and shooters come from all over the Lansing area and beyond. What changes from town to town is where you file afterward: a Michigan CPL application goes to the clerk of the county you live in. Pick your town for the clerk, directions, and what your county looks like.

Questions
How long is the CPL class and what does it cost?
One day, 9 AM to 5 PM, $120 per seat. That covers the classroom portion (Michigan pistol law, use of force, safe storage), your coached live-fire qualification, your certificate, and a walkthrough of the county application.
Do I need my own pistol and ammunition?
Bring them if you have them. If you don't, get in touch before class and Marlo will sort you out. Plenty of people take the class before they own anything.
My CPL is up for renewal. Do I need to retake a class?
Renewal requirements are set by the state, so confirm yours with your county clerk. Many renewers book a private refresher anyway: an hour on grip, sight picture and trigger control is the fastest way to find out how much has slipped since your original class.
